Our beef is grass fed and is of the highest quality Australia has to offer. Fresh on the bone carcass bodies that will be boned out onsite. We will be offering top shelf WAGYU, MB score 5-10 with all prime cuts available including our very own dry aged Wagyu beef burger patties. We will also DRY AGE our very own BLACK ANGUS BEEF on premises with our state of the art dehydration system.
All our lamb is Australia’s finest free-range lamb, hand picked to ensure the highest quality to all our customers. Our KIBBI and LAMB KAFTA recipe has been passed on from generations and has it’s own secret recipe which makes it unique and like no other.
We will be offering 8 flavours of our famous GOURMET SAUSAGES which are all of natural ingredients and gluten free. Spanish Chorizo, honey and macadamia and cheese and chives are just to name a few. All our CHICKENS are 100 percent hormone free, grain fed with a balanced diet to ensure quality in every meal. We will also have a large range of organic certified chicken. Our gourmet sauces will be next level, hand made by our very own chef in store. We also stock an extensive range of different sauces, marinades and rubs.
Our salad bar in store, serves fresh authentic Lebanese salads and dishes. Fattoush, tabouli and stuffed vine leaves, just to name a few.
We also offer a huge range of ready to cook meals and ready to go bbq skewers.
